Knitting pattern for a cropped, relaxed-fit slipover with a choice of round neck or deep polo neck. Worked in stocking stitch with ribbed edging, this layering top includes six sizes covering girls and women.

Sizes to fit chest/bust: 24–26, 28–30, 32–34, 36–38, 40–42 and 44–46 inches (61–117 cm).

Finished chest: 32, 36, 41¾, 46, 50 and 54 inches.

Length: 14, 15¾, 17¾, 18½, 19¼ and 20 inches.

Yarn: Big Softie super chunky, supplied in 50g balls.

Round neck version: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 balls, according to size.

Polo neck version: 5, 6, 8, 9, 9 or 10 balls, according to size.

Needles: 8mm and 10mm straight knitting needles.

Extras: Stitch holders.

Tension: 9 stitches and 12 rows to 10cm in stocking stitch using 10mm needles.
