All products available from our website are digital knitting patterns supplied as PDF files. We do not sell or ship physical products.
Digital delivery
Once your payment has been successfully completed, your knitting pattern will be delivered digitally.
You will receive an email containing a link to download your PDF pattern. Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, if you don't see the email shortly after placing your order.
Digital products are normally delivered automatically, so there is no physical shipping and no shipping charge.
If you have any difficulty receiving or downloading your pattern, please contact us at knittingpatternsonline@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.
Refunds and cancellations
Because our products are digital downloads that are supplied immediately after purchase, we do not normally offer refunds once the download has started or the pattern has been downloaded.
During checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you want the digital product to be supplied immediately and that you understand that you lose your statutory cancellation right once the download begins.
However, this does not affect your statutory rights. If a pattern is faulty, corrupted, cannot be downloaded, is missing content, or is materially different from its description, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. This may include providing a replacement file or, where required by law, a refund.
