Knit a textured hooded cardigan with pockets, a button front and ribbed trims. An intermediate knitting pattern supplied as a digital PDF in English.
Sizes: Ages 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 years, to fit chest measurements of 60, 65, 70, 75, 80 and 85 cm (24, 26, 28, 30, 32 and 34 inches).
Yarn: Aran / 10 ply, with approximately 100 metres per 50 g ball. Requires 5–10 balls in the first colour and 3–8 balls in the second colour, depending on size.
Needles: 5 mm (US 8 / UK 6), or size needed to achieve gauge.
Also required: 3 stitch holders, a yarn needle and 9 buttons.
Gauge: 19 stitches and 32 rows over 10 cm in pattern.
