The pattern also looks to be American but does have abbreviations on the back page. PLEASE BE AWARE. Jacket fits from 6-24 months or 24-27 inch chest and uses 3.75 and 5.5mm crochet hooks. It takes between 2 and 4 x 100 gram balls for the jacket and an extra 1 for the hat See images for yarn and hooks needed TYarn/wool for a lot of these patterns is no longer available, so alternatives will need to be found Due to age etc. some patterns might have markings that cannot be removed .
