As soon as payment clears you will receive a link via email to download your PDF this must be saved to your device as nothing is stored in your account.

Downloads sales are final. There are no refunds of Download purchases.

Introduction

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of "Digital Goods" by "Grannies Wooly Basket" to the "Customer".

1. The Contract

When you purchase "Digital Goods" from Grannies Wooly Basket" via any of our "Store"  you are accepting our terms and conditions of sale. The contract for the purchase of any "Digital Goods" will be between the "Customer" and"Grannies Wooly Basket" and will only be formed when "Grannies Wooly Basket" make the "Digital Goods" available for download , and we have received payment in full for the "Digital Goods". Until we make the "Digital Goods" available for download and receive payment in full there is no contract between the "Customer" and "Grannies Wooly Basket" for the "Digital Goods"."Grannies Wooly Basket"reserves the right, at our sole discretion to reject any order we receive. By placing an order with "Grannies Wooly Basket" you agree you are:-
  • legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • at least 18 years old or are aged 16-18 and have read these terms of sale together with your parent and/or guardian who has explained these conditions of sale to you so that you fully understand them

Digital Goods" are delivered to the "Customer" by a choice of methods:-

  • via download to the "Customer"personal desktop computer

  • via download to the "Customer" personal mobile device, either directly

Price and Payment

The price of any "Digital Goods" will be as quoted on the "Store" at the then current time, except in the case of obvious error. This price will NOT include legally applicable VAT. The "Customer" agrees they may have to provide their country of residence during the order process for the purposes of calculating the correct amount of VAT to apply to the order. We will not accept any offers for "Digital Goods" other than at the then current price. Payment for all "Digital Goods" is processed securely by various third party payment gateway services and will be handled in the currency advertised on the "Store".Digital Downloads are Taxable under government law. EU VAT place of supply rules. January 2015

Cancellation and Refunds

By purchasing "Digital Goods" from "Grannies Wooly Basket" who are based in the UK the "Customer" if also based in the UK is bound by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. By downloading any "Digital Goods" from "Grannies Wooly Basket" the "Customer" is waiving their rights to the 14 day cooling-off period and  no refunds are applied to "Digital Goods " already downloaded.

Downloads sales are final. There are no refunds of Download purchases.

Downloading and Risk of Loss.

Once Purchaser has purchased Downloads, Purchaser is encouraged to download it promptly and to make a back -up copy of it. If Purchaser is unable to complete a download, Purchaser shall contact Grannies Wooly Basket for assistance. Purchaser bears all risk of loss after purchase including any loss of the Downloads or as a result of downloading, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.

Downloads are not stored in your account you MUST DOWNLOAD AND SAVE TO YOUR DEVICE.
